Three parts of engineering design: feasibility study, preliminary design and construction drawing design.

1. By the data collection and the feasibility study from the various specialties, Rhyther technicians ultimately determines a feasible scheme for the plant construction and write a feasibility study report, through the report, clients would have a general understanding of the dressing plant scale, investment scale, profit and other key factors.

In feasibility study step all the work of the working group to carry out, investigation data collection and plan optimization is the most important basis for selecting plant construction scheme. For these important parts, working group requires different professional division and cooperation including: geological specialty, mining specialty, mining machinery specialty, civil engineering specialty, electric power specialty, mineral dressing specialty etc.

2. Preliminary design after Feasibility study report approved, Rhyther starts preliminary design and comes up with the design of dressing plant construction. Design mainly involves: dressing, general layout, electric power, communication, civil engineering, environmental protection, water supply and drainage, tailings, safety and fire protection, investment estimates, economic benefit etc.

3. Construction drawing design, after the preliminary design is approved, starts to design working drawings. Every aspect of dressing plant needs a lot of construction drawings. When the working drawings completed, the designers must hand the drawings over to construction commanding officers,especially, the notes, strict regulation and important content.

Technical staff will do dressing test for more than 70 kinds of mineral and provide reliable processing scheme. Testers take the exploratory testing at first relying on rich experience and then the detailed testing including grinding fitness, reagent dosage, open and closed circuit test etc. After obtaining the final products testers should analyze them to get the recovery rate and then takes sedimentation test of concentrate and tailings as references of equipment selection.

After finishing all the tests, Mineral Dressing Lab writes a detailed “Mineral dressing test report” by summarizing the test process. In the last part of test report the optimum technological process and technological parameters are presented.
