The specific process of Yantai Rhyther Mining Machinery Co.,Ltd.’s gravity separation and flotation combined process is: the hand-selected raw ore is coarsely crushed and finely crushed to control the particle size of the ore below 30mm, and the screening classification is 8-30mm, 2-8mm, 0 -2mm three grain grades, respectively enter the  AM30 jig machine, LTA1010/2 jig machine, sawtooth jig machine for the jig re-election, and the concentrate is mixed and enters the re-election concentrate Mining area. After the heavy separation process, a flotation process is set up to grind, classify, stir and float the heavy separation tailings. The flotation process adopts a flotation process of one rough separation, three selections, and two sweeps. High-grade antimony ore flotation concentrate is obtained by flotation. The flotation tailings are re-selected to recover fine-grained antimony oxide to obtain high-grade antimony ore concentrates and tailings.
