How to beneficiate gold ore

The ore dressing methods are different because of different properties of gold ores. But the equipment usually used is flotation machine. This requires high separation precision, low ash content of refined coal and high yield, especially for difficult coal preparation. At the same time, according to the different properties, the new technologies of re separation, flotation, mercury mixing, cyanidation and the new technologies of resin pulp, carbon pulp adsorption and heap leaching are widely used. For some kinds of ore, the combined gold extraction process is often used.

Gold ore dressing method

1.Single flotation flowsheet this flowsheet is used to treat sulfide gold bearing quartz vein ore, polymetallic gold bearing sulfide ore and carbon (graphite) ore with fine gold particles and high floatability.

2.In this process, the coarse-grained gold in the ore is recovered by mixing mercury, and the tailings are floated. This flowsheet can be used to treat single flotation ore, gold bearing oxide ore and ore associated with free gold. The recovery rate of this process is higher than that of single flotation process.

3.Gravity separation (mixed mercury) – cyanidation combined process is used to treat quartz vein gold bearing oxidized ore. The raw ore is gravity separated first, and the concentrate obtained from gravity separation is mixed with mercury; or the raw ore is directly mixed with mercury, and the tailings, graded ore and mixed sand are cyanidated respectively.

4.In the whole slime cyanidation (direct cyanidation) process, gold is produced in quartz vein ore in the form of fine or fine particles. The ore is oxidized deeply and does not contain Cu, as, Sb, Bi and carbonaceous materials. This kind of ore is most suitable for the whole slime cyanidation process.

Floatation machine: the floatation machine is driven by the triangle belt of the motor to drive the impeller to rotate, resulting in centrifugal action to form negative pressure. On the one hand, the sufficient air is mixed with the slurry. On the one hand, the slurry is mixed with the medicine, and the foam is refined at the same time, so that the mineral adheres to the foam and floats to the slurry surface to form a mineralized foam. Adjust the height of the gate and control the liquid level, so that the useful foam is scraped out by the scraper. So as to complete the gold flotation process

Changes in modern craftsmanship

With a variety of process flow, according to different coal quality selection of roughing process or cleaning process, making the operation more flexible. The ash content of clean coal can be reduced by 1 ~ 2% compared with conventional flotation machine.

Today’s production of flotation machine has changed the traditional process of mineralization and separation in the flotation process, the implementation of segmented operation, so that the mineralization process in the mineralizer turbulence, so that the separation process in a stable flow, less interference in the dispersion system, so as to ensure the best flotation environment.
