Automatic Program-controlled Filter Press

The filter press uses various filter plates to apply external pressure and compacts to form a closed filter chamber. Under the action of the feed pump, the filter medium (filter cloth) is used to achieve solid-liquid separation. This equipment is widely used in water treatment and dehydration fields in petroleum, chemical, medicine, pharmaceutical, food, starch, dye, and mining industries.


Our company's automatic program-controlled filter press is designed and manufactured with integrated electro-mechanical and hydraulic, and the pull plate uses a frequency conversion motor. The structure is reasonable, the operation is simple, the maintenance is convenient, and it is safe and reliable. This equipment can realize the automatic control of filter plate pressing, filtering, back blowing, filter cake washing, filter plate loosening, and discharging, also can be changed according to customer requirements and specific process conditions. Diaphragm filter presses can also achieve secondary compression by compressed air or water to further reduce the water content of the filter cake, which is used when the water content of the filter cake is strict and the filter cake needs to be dried. The secondary press of the membrane filter press minimizes the water content of the filter cake, thereby reducing energy consumption. This equipment adopts PLC control, a high degree of automation, and is equipped with communication interfaces, supports international universal communication protocols, and can be linked with the central control system to achieve remote control and monitoring.
