Shaking Table

【Introduction】: Concentrating table (shaking table) is a gravity separation equipment of separation different weight mineral by asymmetric reciprocating motion.

【 Capacity 】: 0.1~1.8 t/h.

【Improvement】: The cam lever type head is adopted; the stroke is adjusted by changing the position of sliding head on rocker arm; jig frequency is controlled by the smoothing motor pulley.

LY series shaking table, adopting a crank connecting link drive, which makes the stoke easy to be adjusted.

Notes for selection of Shaking Table

The surface of the table is usually a wooden carving groove if a rubber plate or glass fibre reinforced plastics is needed to be laid on the surface of the table please specify it.

1. The large range of transverse slope adjustment (0~10°),adjustable stroke;

2. Keep the stable operation when changing the transverse slope and stroke;

3. Spring is arranged in the case with compact structure;

4. Without reagents consumption, little electricity consumption.

The working principle of the gold concentrating table (shaking table) is to use the combined action of the specific gravity difference of sorted minerals, alternating movement of bed surface, and transverse oblique water flow and riffle (or notch groove), to allow loose layering of ores on the bed surface and fan-shaped zoning. Then different products can be produced.
